At Keralo, we are committed to providing high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience across all categories, including gadgets, accessories, and home essentials. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the policy below.

Return Eligibility

We accept return requests within 15 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition

  • All original packaging, boxes, and accessories must be included

  • The product must not show signs of misuse, improper handling, or customer-caused damage

Damaged or Incorrect Items

    • We donโ€™t accept returns for customer-caused damage
    • But we do cover damage if it arrives broken/defective (with proof)

Refund Conditions

All return requests are subject to inspection and approval.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the issue is due to our error

  • Refunds apply only to the product price

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse, improper handling, or external causes are not eligible for refund or replacement

Approved refunds will be processed within 7โ€“10 business days after inspection.

Refund Method

Refunds are issued via the original payment method.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or mobile wallet after verification.

  • Keralo reserves the right to reject any return that does not meet policy conditions

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse, negligence, or improper handling are not eligible for return or refund

  • All return decisions are made after internal quality inspection
